The Free Form Film Festival (FFFF) is a traveling festival of film and music created by loaf-i productions and Inner Mission Productions. The FFFF brings an eclectic collection of innovative films tocities and towns across the United States.
Curated by Blair Sterrett and Chad Gooch(, this program presents a collection of fringe videos from  both innovative experimental artists and outsider filmmakers.

For years, cartoonist, and media archeologist Blair Sterrett has collected outsider videos  from thrift stores, garage sales, and dumpsters.  The first half of our program (“OUT”) will present Sterrett’s bizarre and unusual findings.  Clips form out-dated educational films, scare films, employee training videos, wacky public access shows, and auteur B-grade movies will grace the screen.  Confusing, befuddling, and sometimes even annoying, these films are sure to make audiences wonder “What the Hell?”

You may not think of Utah as a haven for experimental film, but Chad Gooch’s personal project, The Laboratory Exhibition was created with the aim of changing that.  The second half of this program (“EX”) will serve as a “best of” compilation from this challenging new festival.  To learn more about Gooch’s
project, visit

OUT/EX will conclude with a performance by SF noise rockers Sabreteeth!
