Forever’s Gonna Start Tonight is a one-hour documentary that tells the story of America’s oldest working drag entertainer. The film chronicles the life of 73 year-old Vicki from Minnesota farm boy to carnival worker to gay icon and revolves around the community she’s created at Aunt Charlie’s lounge in San Francisco. It explores the theme that creative expression is a transformative experience that allows one to overcome virtually insurmountable obstacles – social, physical, economic and personal.
