The Work of Art in the Age of Digital Reproduction

ATA's 21st anniversary and fundraiser closing event celebration

TV diagram small

ATA turns 21 this year! To mark the occasion, we are putting together a very exciting year-end celebration.

The evening will feature Neighborhood Public Radio conducting live and telephone interviews with some of our favorite local luminaries, including Lise Swenson, Guillermo Gomez-Peña, Craig Baldwin, A. Mark Liiv, Erik Davis, Michael Rauner, Annalee Newitz, Violet Blue and Marshall Weber. Music performances by Chen Santa Maria and Bulbs(); a Powerpoint performance inspired by the work of Walter Benjamin by Flint Jamison and lots of random video projections throughout the night.

Food and Refreshments kindly provided by Lagunitas Brewing Company, Bi-Rite and Rainbow Grocery

Special gifts provided by Film Arts Foundation and SF Cinematheque

In the meantime, don't forget that when you donate to ATA (until Dec. 16th) you will receive limited edition gifts, including a text compilation, audio CD compilation, film/video DVD compilation and hand-printed ATA T-shirts.
