John Davis is a Northern California artist exploring the relationship between moving image and sound. Through live performance and studio-based projects, his work encourages sensory response through unexpected uses of traditional media.

Faults is the trio of Jorge Bachmann, Jaroba and Kevin Corcoran who improvise music for electronics, reeds and percussion. Based in San Francisco, they have performed and recorded their expansive sound of tonal and textural interplay in a columbarium, an abandoned munitions warehouse, a furniture store, a restaurant, a beach, and other makeshift venues while occasionally expanding to include other improvising musicians.

Originally hailing from Nagano, Japan, Nao Nakazawa moved to California in 1996 to study film. First earning a BA in film & digital media from UC Santa Cruz, and later a MFA in cinema from SF State University, Nao has spent more than 25 years working on film and television productions throughout San Francisco Bay Area and Japan as a director, producer, sound recordist, camera operator, and translator. Nao has been devoted to making his own films of many genres, such as documentaries, fictions and animations. For the past decade, he has been creating experimental works that feature live performances. Trained classically in music, Nao plays violin and mandolin and utilizes effectors and loopers to create a wide member of The Factors since their debut in 2013, actively recording and performing with them. Recently, Nao has been collaborating with play productions in Japan providing live music accompaniments.
