“Guerreros del Arcoiris” documents the struggle in Bolivia that erupted in Dec. 2007 around the vote of Constituent Assembly on the new Constitution. The majority population supports the Morales government while the minority oligarchy want to retain control. Through violence and intimidation, the rich landowners and corporate owners try to undermine the process with U.S. backing and rally support for secession of the resource-rich areas of Bolivia.
The film show the process of real change where for the first time in Bolivias history, Indigenous people are granted rights under the
